***Be Aware of Daraz Dbills Scam****
I wanted to pay my utility bill of Rs. 27601/- through daraz wallet on 04.09.2020. I have transfer Rs. 26,900/- to daraz wallet from easypaisa, Pakistan for that purpose. After first attempt, they have blocked my amount without any consent. KE Bill due date was 07.09.2020, KE Team along with their vehicle came to my home and asking for disconnection of KE Electricity if bill not paid. I was in office and I requested them on telephone that My bill amount is blocked by Daraz.pk. They didn't accept the reason. Meanwhile I have arrange bill amount cash and paid in Bank Branch. Then, I complaint to Daraz ppl since that day but no proper response received till date i.e 05.10.2020. Almost a month passed away but they do not doing anything serious. There is not any physical platform to complain them. My amount is still blocked. Amount is not 270/- or 2,700/- Its 27,000/- a bit handsome amount. Therefore, DoNOT pay or make any transaction through Daraz Wallet. Believe me they will not respond you neither make any efforts to resolve matters.
