đź”– Non-Customized Items: For non-customized items, exchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds are only issued if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

đź”– Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in a defective condition.
