We offer 3 months warranty on all products against production and manufacturing defects.
- All faulty / defective products will be replaced or refunded in full if reported by customer within 2 days of delivery, subject to unused, and packaging without wea
r & tear. Thereafter, delivered product would be subject to repairs; delivery charges will apply.
- Any Refunds will be made in the Original Mode of Payment.
- All Electronic products will have a minimum warranty of 3 months against production and manufacturing defects, unless manufacturer offers longer warranty.
- Warranty can be extended or changed based on the rules and regulation of our Supplier Partners.
- All warranties will apply within UAE only.
- Delivery charge will apply for picking-up and returning of items.
- Only Supplier’s / Manufacturer’s warranty will apply for all the branded merchandise. We have provided phone and Whatsapp numbers and email address to customers to contact us in case of having any problems or want to contact us for any reason. We have affirmed to initially respond to any queries within 1 working day at the latest; and taking necessary action to redress any issues at the earliest while keeping the customer informed during the whole process.
