Ever had a large, flat 3D print start curling upward at the corners? 😩 This happens because the plastic contracts as it cools. On wider prints, all that shrinking material creates more internal stress, which eventually pulls the corners away from the build plate.

Cold AC drafts, poor first-layer adhesion, an incorrect bed temperature, and high-shrinkage materials such as ABS and ASA can make the problem even worse. To reduce warping, make sure your build plate is clean, use the correct bed temperature for your filament, add a brim when needed, and keep cold airflow away from the printer. 🔥🛠️
