Booking & Deposit Policy
To secure your booking date, a 15% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Please note:
* A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
* Inquiries or tentative bookings without a deposit do not reserve your date.
* Due to demand for our services, requested dates remain available to other clients until the required deposit is paid.
* If another client pays the deposit first, the date will be booked on a first-paid, first-served basis.
* The remaining balance must be paid according to our payment schedule. Failure to make payments by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of your booking.
