I am NOT a girly girl and that’s ok 💁🏻‍♀️

I take 10 minutes to get ready most days. I live in comfy jumpers. I’ll pick active wear over a nice outfit every day.

So when people find out I sell makeup and skincare for a living...they’re a little surprised. Not because I don’t look after myself but because I’m just not that “glam, always looking fab” type 😂

But that’s actually one of the best parts of this business.

You don’t have to be glam, polished or “girly” to succeed in it. You just have to be you and do it your way.

I’m on my way home from a trip to Italy I earned through this beauty business 🥰

I was with a bunch of ladies from Australia, USA and Canada. We’re all different in this business. Some of us are glam. Some of us live in comfort clothes half the time 🙋‍♀️ And we are ALL building successful businesses, just in our own way.

Tomorrow is the day!!

My husband and I are flying to Italy ✈️🇮🇹

I write this with tears in my eyes, I’m going to miss my babies 😭 The feelings are all over the place…excitement, guilt, happiness, sadness - everything!

Saying goodbye is going to be the hardest part but I know my kids are going to be well looked after and happy! Mitchell is heading to the farm with his grandparents and the girls are staying home with my parents.

We are so lucky to have the support that we do to make this happen. The past few years have been tough. I’m looking forward to having time as a couple, to reconnect, to make new memories, to prioritise us for once 💕

Four days of this trip is a SeneGence incentive trip that I earned through both my personal sales and the sales of my incredible team. I have about 130 women in my team who I get to help every single day, whether they're building their own businesses or just shopping their skincare and makeup at wholesale. Supporting them is honestly one of my favourite parts of what I do 🥰

I still can’t believe this is my “job”. I love what I do, I love helping you all feel more confident in your skin and your makeup application. So this trip feels extra special because it came from doing something I genuinely love.

We've decided to tack a week on either side because…when in Rome 😜 Here's what we've got planned:

🍝 Tuscany for food, wine & nature
🚘 Bologna - hubby is VERY excited about the Lamborghini and Ferrari stuff
🏛️ Rome for the fancy SeneGence experience
🌊 Amalfi Coast for more food, wine and nature!!

I talk A LOT about makeup but here's the thing…if your skin isn't hydrated, soft and well-balanced, your foundation just won’t sit as nicely.

Think of it this way, you can’t expect your makeup to be a 10/10 if your skin is only sitting at a 2/10. But when your skin is healthy and hydrated? That's when everything changes👌

What a lot of people don't know is that I help women with their skincare too, and I'm honestly just as passionate about it!

Whether it's dryness, redness, very sensitive, fine lines, breakouts, uneven tone or just not knowing where to start - I've got you. Yes I see you over there washing your face with bar soap and wondering why you’re feeling as tight as a drum 🤭 haha I can say that because that was me a few years ago 🤣
