This week's classes created some wonderful collages. The art form of collage can be tricky to get it right, all of these guys nailed it! We used their heads as our starting point, then a quote they stamped and then building of the images to create a balanced collage. Well Done!

So impressed with Ashley! She came and did a couple of one-on-one art classes and painted a very impressive waratah flower. As adults, we can sometimes forget the importance of doing something creative. There is so much research out there about how doing something creative reduces stress hormones and improves overall well-being. I see it firsthand every time people walk out of a class; there is a calmness to every student, young and old alike.
