I thought I was going on stage to have my outfit analysed.
What I didn’t expect was to walk away thinking about something so much bigger.
Kathryn Eisman somehow looked beyond the clothes and made me feel truly seen and then she said something I haven’t stopped thinking about:
“ To be seen is the greatest version of showing up.”
Maybe that’s what we all want a little more of, to feel seen, understood and appreciated for exactly who we are.
