Tone of Life Stands GongDwana is derived from the word Gondwanaland. Once upon a time over 500million years ago there was a supercontinet called Gondwana. What we know todays as South America, Africa, Antarctica, Australia, the Indian Subcontinent, Zealandia, and Arabia were all joined as one. The continent of Gondwa

na was named by the Austrian scientist Eduard Suess, after the Gondwana region of central India which is derived from Sanskrit for "forest of the Gonds". The sonorous resonance of the ancient Gong has the mystical power to unify, restore and bring us all together as one, just as we were 550millon years ago. We at GONGDWANA are humbled to be able to bring to Australia magical Gongs from some of the finest gong makers on this planet

She’s landed.
70 inches of luminous resonance now hanging in a Moscow sanctuary.⁣

This gong was never just an instrument. It’s a presence. A field. A force.
Shipping it was an odyssey—crates built by hand, pathways rerouted through China, and a timeline that danced between chaos and trust.

I haven’t posted in a while. Truthfully, I stepped back from selling gongs… but this one pulled me back in. Sometimes the work chooses you.
⁣
There are still over 40 epic gongs here in the studio—each one humming softly in the wings, waiting for the right moment, the right hands. Maybe yours. Maybe not yet.
