It’s been a little while since I’ve posted, but this story was too lovely not to share. ❤️

I made this black and tan crossbody and matching coin purse for a lovely friend and neighbour a while ago.

Recently she took it with her on a trip to Lebanon, where her mother-in-law loved it so much that she ended up giving it to her — coin purse and all! 🥰

So there is now a little piece of OC Designs living on the other side of the world. 🌏💌

This lovely lady spoils me rotten and is always doing thoughtful things for me, so I think it’s only fair that the empty spot in her handbag collection gets filled again. 😂

A new black and tan crossbody is officially on the cutting table. 🖤🤎

Same colours she loved, but this time a completely different design.

Just a little thank you ❤️

I’ve been a little quiet since the fair. It’s been a very stressful couple of days with a sick fur baby needing emergency veterinary care, so I haven’t had a chance to reply to all of your beautiful comments individually.

But I have read every single one of them, and I just wanted to say thank you. ❤️

The lovely messages, encouragement and support after my very first fair have honestly meant so much to me — and seeing comments from people who actually took one of my creations home was pretty special. 🥰

And somehow, while all of this has been going on, OC Designs has passed 100 followers! 😱🎉

I haven’t forgotten that there’s a little giveaway to draw either. 😉 I’ll be back to do that very soon.

What a day! ❤️

My very first Bridgetown Winter Craft Fair is officially done and dusted, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the OC Designs stall, had a chat, followed my page, admired my work and took one of my creations home with them. Seeing people pick up my bags, try them on and fall in luuuvvvv with something I’ve made was pretty special. ❤️

And an extra special thank you to my wonderful helper Amanda Haas Lovitt. I genuinely couldn’t have done today without you. You kept me organised, kept me sane, chatted to customers and made the whole day so much more fun. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in crime for my very first fair. 😂❤️

I’m home, I’m exhausted, and I think it might take me a day or two to recover 😂… but I’m very, very happy.

Thank you, Bridgetown, for making my first fair one to remember. ❤️

There’ll be handbags, crossbodies, totes, wallets, scarves and lots of little handmade goodies — and every piece is one of a kind.
