Why are we selling Oz Puff?
Due to regulatory changes in Australian legislation effective July 1st, 2024, Oz Puff has undergone significant business adjustments. Despite our focus on medical cannabis vaporizers and premium accessories from manufacturers like Puffco, new regulations have created broad restrictions that do not distinguish between different types of vaporizer products. These changes have directly impacted our ability to import medical cannabis vaporizers, as evidenced by recent customs actions. Throughout our operations, Oz Puff has maintained strict compliance, never engaging in ni****ne vaporizer or pre-filled ni****ne product sales. While we have the option to continue operating as a traditional smoke shop, our core business identity has always centred on providing high-quality, technological vaporiser solutions to our loyal customer base. This regulatory shift has prompted us to reevaluate our business direction, as our passion and expertise lie specifically in the premium vaporiser market.
We previously maintained a robust catalog of 277 products across more than 10 brands. Due to recent legislative changes and regulatory requirements, we have had to significantly reduce our inventory and temporarily remove several items from our online storefront.
