Important Announcement - Store Closure!

To our valued customers and supporters,

It is not without disappointment that we announce the closure of our online store.

We’ve worked incredibly hard to bring a range of gifts and merchandise products to the corporate market, but despite our best efforts, we haven’t been able to break through in a financially sustainable way. The business has now reached a point of diminishing returns, where the costs of running it outweigh the revenue we’re bringing in.

Unfortunately, I have had to close our website down.

If you are an existing customer or would like to order any corporate gift products in bulk, I can still arrange your orders, but only via email as the website is now closed. For those few, please use [email protected] for those enquiries.

This has been a tough pill to swallow, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. Both our individual gift line and corporate gifting direction have been creative endeavours that, sadly, have fallen flat.

I sincerely thank everyone who supported this leap of faith and ordered from my store over the last 3 years. I really appreciate it.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email, as this Facebook Account will no longer be monitored, and will also close in a few weeks’ time.

Hi ,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our previous individual customers that purchased personalised gift products from our online stores over the last few years, including the McDonough Design and MCDGIFTS ETSY stores.

Unfortunately, due to ongoing technical issues, rising material and maintenance costs, along with rising ETSY store listing and transaction fees - MCDGIFTS is ceasing the production of all personalised individual gifts as of today.

Corporate gift packs will remain available for businesses at this stage, but even this section of our business is on shaky ground.

Thanks again guys it was fun but we must focus our direction elsewhere to stay afloat at this time.
