I used to think my energy was something I had to “push through.”

Push through the overwhelm.
Push through the noise.
Push through the tiredness.

But the truth is: I don’t want to live like that anymore.

Now, I practise a different way:
grounded tools, steady rituals, and a return to self — every time.

That’s what I teach in these workshops.

Life Update: So the transition from sea to tree change is in full swing!

I have been super busy in the background with SC getting our life moved from a sea to a tree change, its been a very hectic couple of months, but we are almost there.

I will be hosting a couple of workshops in May during the Redlands AdventureFest, and there are some changes coming for the next few months with my workshops, while I "unpack" and settle into our new home. So, I ask for your patience and support. xx
