Whatās in a nameā¦..
as things are changing around here, I think itās time to move on from Revelstone Creations, particularly as Iām no longer creating consistently, let alone creating for sale. So sooner or later, something will pop into my head which suits where I am with model horses now: full circle, back to customizing and collecting models that reflect my personal taste, horses that I can enjoy creating and looking at, rather than āwhatās on trendā sales-wise or show wise. Because I honestly have no interest in showing these days; the days of selling āhigh dollar Revelstonesā are long gone and I havenāt done commissions in decades eitherš.
Photo: custom Mr Z Arabian from last year. He has his issues (the mould/sculpt I mean) but fulfills my penchant for collecting ādoorstopsā! He was also the biggest model Iāve had to prep and paint and it was fun (well, some days it was fun, other days not so muchš¤¦āāļø) to try a dapple grey in 1:6 scale.
