Ballarat Candy Company was founded in 2023 as a fun, handmade candy brand that embraces traditional processes for making boiled lollies. We recreate lollies that were made in the goldrush era in the 1850s using the same techniques. Currently, our range includes strawberry drops, fruit salad drops, humbugs, acid drops, eucalyptus d
