Kirsten is such a consistent part of our Clifton mat crew, and it’s so lovely seeing just how much she loves her Pilates. ❤️

She’s definitely a creature of habit — always in her spot, right at the front to my right! 😂 And we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Even better, her daughter sometimes joins her when she’s home, making Pilates a little family affair. 🥰

100 CLASSES!!! And this girl has absolutely SMASHED IT! 💪🏼🔥

Alanna has been clocking up the classes at both Clifton AND Cambooya, and she’s raced her way to 100! 🏃‍♀️💨

Every single session she brings it — 100% effort, 100% commitment and 100% Alanna! 🙌🏼 She shows up, works hard, challenges herself and just keeps getting stronger. Even though we all know she is a little bit uncoordinated we love her all the same 😂 You are definitely getting better though 🙌😅

And THAT is what we love about Pilates 23! ❤️
