People often say when they come back in their next life they want to be one of our farm animals.... I wonder why?

Smokey getting all the cuddles and having fun up the mountain.

Our animals help you to feel calm and can help with social interactions, taking the focus off you as you talk to others.

Another year around the sun ☀️

Looking back at this year on the farm I'm reminded that the moments I treasure most are the ones spent slowing down, laughing, connecting and simply being present with the people I love.

My word for the year is energy. I have been mindful of how my energy flows though each day, taking time I need to stop and recharge.

That's why I created Bloom & Breathe with Milly, a little time to pause, move your body, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself amongst the flowers.

I'm in love with Tulips 🌷

They have ignited a undying love of my heritage and speak to my soul. Tulips bring me a sense of coming home, and make me happy by simply sharing their beauty with others.

And now watching their vibrant colours bloom here at Cedar Creek Farm and knowing they are bringing joy to our community... feels pretty special 💛
