Unicorn and Rainbows

Theo got invited to his first school mate bday party so I said instead of a gift can our gift be cake and cookies? 🤣 have to release my baking urge somehow lol

Made from scratch - vanilla cake, ermine buttercream, custard 🤤. Designed and 3dprinted unicorn cookie cutter, fondant hand painted sugar cookies.
Coated in edible glitter 🥳 (copper free😉)

Ermine buttercream uses less than HALF the sugar than American buttercream!
Note ermine buttercream hates oil based food colouring so it starts to split, oh well live & learn but kids don’t care and the taste is still perfect

Still proud of this one, never made it, never tried it just chose a cake on show list, found a recipe, entered the cake! Boom, I’m a magician!
