So as many of you who’ve hosted demos woth me may know, the creamy chicken coconut curry recipe is a great example of using your own tandoori paste, layered cooking in the veroma and making great food your own way!

But have any of you thought about changing it up?

In the recipe what you have is a delicious, simple curry sauce which can be repurposed for all kind of things. So, with that in mind; may I suggest meat-free Monday’s newest addition…

Air fried Tofu and veg curry.

It is every bit as delicious as it looks in the pictures below.
