Step into a moment in time where you will experience a beautiful high tea, an inspiring presentation and great conversation! This event is being held in conjunction with Postnatal Depression Awareness week and aims to explore issues around early mothering, emotional and mental health and accessing help and support during this time. Last year Dr Mellanie Rollans gave an inspiring talk at the Secret Mothering Business dinner and she is back again this year! She will talk about a womans experience of postnatal depression (PND), stigma surrounding PND and asking for help, explore emotional and mental health and how to talk about these things. Whether you are trying, are pregnant, have had a baby or are a supporter it will be a fantastic morning!
