You can already feel the excitement building, and we’re getting ready to bring the fireworks to what is shaping up to be a fantastic night for the whole family! 🔥🎇

🐾 PET SAFETY REMINDER – BAGDAD 🐾
Spark Fireworks will be lighting up the sky at 6:30pm Saturday 12th September 2026 for Rhonda's Big Bang and Family Funfair

If you’ve got pets at home, now’s a great time to make a quick plan to keep them calm and safe.
✔️ Keep pets indoors with windows closed
✔️ Turn on the TV or some calming music
✔️ Make sure they’re microchipped & ID tags are up to date
✔️ Give them a comfy, secure space to relax
✔️ Walk dogs before the fireworks begin

Let’s all enjoy the show while keeping our furry mates safe and stress-free ❤️

🔥🎆 WE’VE BEEN BUSY! 🎆🔥
It’s been a seriously busy few weeks for us, and we’ve had the chance to work on some pretty awesome events across the state!
🏃‍♀️✨ Night Light Glow Run – Devonport
We kicked things off in Devonport with a fantastic fireworks display, along with flame & spark machines bringing the finish line to life as runners crossed the line!
🏃‍♂️🔥 Night Light Glow Run – Hobart
Then it was down to Hobart, where we brought the heat to the finish line with flame and spark effects as the runners came through. There’s nothing quite like crossing the finish line surrounded by fire and sparks!
🎸🔥 Strings of Fire
And then came one of the most unique events we’ve been involved with, an incredible indoor Strings of Fire performance! We provided the special effects, including sparks firing from the ends of guitars as part of the performance.
And we’re not slowing down yet!
The next three weekends are already locked in with fireworks displays at:
- Bagdad – postponed from last weekend due to poor weather
- Exeter
- Launceston
Three weekends. Three displays. Plenty more fireworks! 💥
We absolutely love the variety of events we get to work on, from traditional outdoor fireworks displays to specialty effects, flame machines, spark machines and completely custom productions.

🚨🎆 FIREWORKS EXCLUSION ZONE - MEERCROFT PARK 🎆🚨

A quick heads up for everyone attending Light Night Glow Run & Walk or coming to check out the fireworks display this Saturday.

Meercroft Park will be the location for the fireworks display, which means most the park will become a fireworks exclusion zone while our crew is setting up and preparing for the show.

Once the bunting flags and danger zone signs are in place, Meercroft Park becomes closed for the public.

That means:
-No public access
-Please don't walk through the exclusion zone
-Keep children and pets outside the zone
-Please don't enter the area to retrieve belongings
-Follow all directions from event staff and our fireworks crew

The exclusion zone is a critical part of keeping everyone safe while fireworks are being prepared and fired.

If you see the bunting and signs up, please stay out.

There will be plenty of safe areas around the event to enjoy the fireworks from, so find a good spot, settle in and enjoy the show!

What happens when a pyro goes on holiday?

He ends up at Territory Day. 😆💥

I've wanted to experience it for years, and this year we finally packed up the family and headed to Darwin to see what all the fuss was about.

To say it exceeded expectations would be an understatement. The energy, the excitement, the atmosphere... it's hard to describe unless you've experienced it. Fireworks are part of the culture up there, and seeing an entire community embrace them was something pretty special.

Away from the fireworks, we got to spend some quality time together as a family and explore a part of Australia we'd never seen before, which made the trip even more worthwhile.

Now we're back, recharged, inspired and already looking ahead to the next display.

Sometimes you've got to travel to remember why you fell in love with what you do in the first place. 🎆
