📣 PSA - NOT ALL RED HEADS ARE WARM !
So often people with red hair get put straight into the warm tonal group, but Lily is living proof that not all red heads are warm..
In fact I’ve had many red heads over the years that have been cool, and the key to getting the best result is trying the drapes on them, up near their face.
Not online. Not from a photo. In real life.
Lily had been confused about what suited her because every quiz she’d done & all the research pointed her to warm, but those colours didn’t feel right to her, because they weren’t.
If Lily had sent her pic off to someone to assess her colouring online, I would be almost certain they would’ve determined she was an Autumn ie: red hair = warm….
Except it doesn’t always track. 🥴🙈
It become clear almost instantly that Lily needed cool, muted colours which brought out the rosy tones in her lips / skin & made her eyes bright & clear.
