Reintroducing – Summer Gartrell ✨

With over 21 years’ experience in supporting independent jewellers, and over 6 years’ experience working in entertainment and media industries, Summer’s extensive and hands-on background means she knows exactly what’s needed to achieve success in retail.

With no detail too small, and quality forever at the forefront of everything she touches, Summer is our not-so-secret-weapon behind every one of our beautiful and brilliant jewellery campaigns. With extensive experience in both B2B and B2C marketing Summer’s collaborative approach helps our Retailer Partner check off all their marketing wants and needs . . . with resources ready often before they even knew they needed them!

Summer manages all Marketing, Networking and Communications functions at IJC – while keeping in line two children (plus the ten thousand other jobs she does to help keep everything at IJC looking beautiful and running smoothly.)

Reintroducing – Joshua Zarb ✨

Josh has over 28 years’ experience supporting Australian independent jewellery businesses at every level. Previously holding roles in Retail Management, Store Management in one of Australia’s major jewellery chains, General Management and Group General Management. He has served as a past director and vice president of the Jewellers Association of Australia (JAA) and holds an honours degree in statistics.

This unique love for numbers combined with a genuine love of people and business makes him a driven and passionate advocate for business owners. Simply put, Josh is the heart and soul driving IJC at every level. When Josh isn’t working or home with the family, his favourite place to be is out on a boat fishing the day away.
