This was the must have item at the Sydney Royal Easte

Carnival Show Kewpie Dolls were traditionally given out as carnival prizes starting in the 1920's. Our family decorated them in glitter and dressed them in tulle, lace and organza ready to be displayed, sold and given away at lots of shows, fairs and fetes all over Australia. After the passing of our grandmother we decided to relaunch the family business, breathing brand new life into an old tradi

tion. We make the Original Kewpies as close to the style of our grandmothers as we remember, sewing away on our 1940's Singer sewing machine that is reminiscent of the machine she used back in the day.
