A very grateful update from Gympie Office Supplies.

Following the recent theft from our store, Queensland Police have caught the offender and today returned the stolen items to us. While they may not have come back in quite the condition they left in, having them returned at all was something we honestly didn’t expect.
We are absolutely amazed — and incredibly grateful.

A huge and heartfelt thank you to Queensland Police for taking our report seriously, following it through and achieving such a fantastic result.
As a small local business, incidents like this really do affect us, and knowing that our local police are out there looking after businesses and our community means more than we can say.

To Constable Justin Langley and Senior Constable Darrel Bennie — thank you. We are genuinely so impressed and so very grateful.

Unfortunately we’ve experienced two thefts of premium art supplies last week.

We have clear CCTV footage and the incidents have been reported.

We’d like to remind our customers that our premises are under CCTV surveillance and that theft has a real impact on a small local business.

A dream years in the making…

After a lifetime of travelling, teaching art and inspiring creativity, Patricia van Kempen has completed her very first illustrated children’s book.

Seeing the finished book alongside Pat’s original artwork has been incredibly special, and we’re thrilled to have it available in store.

Meet the Artist – Patricia van Kempen (ArtwithPat)

Some people paint pictures. Pat tells stories.

Born in Cuba, raised in the USA, and having travelled through Latin America, Europe and beyond with a sketchbook always close by, Patricia van Kempen has spent a lifetime capturing memories through art.

Today, Pat lives just north of Gympie, where her expressive sketches and watercolours celebrate everyday moments, travel and the beauty found in simple things.
