In my very first discussion with our scientists, they asked if I’d tried anything at home… had I ever 🤣

I’d tried several things, even hanging multiple wipes on the clothesline to dry out so I could pour different things into them.

I also tried blending different oils with a hair dryer… 😂 This little experiment was baby oil mixed with baby powder… ultimate fail.

I then hung that oily, powder-filled wipe back on the clothesline… and it rained ALL night.

We’re 83.6% water based. And that’s intentional. 💧

A manufacturer once approached us about moving production to them, then told us our water percentage could turn consumers away. They also raised concerns about possible stinging on cuts or small abrasions and wanted to change our ingredients.

But our formula wasn’t created around a marketing number. We worked with Australian pharmaceutical scientists through a dedicated research and development process to solve a very specific problem: sandy bums.

We also had our formula clinically tested for skin compatibility in Australia over 6–8 weeks. A manufacturer told us they could complete dermatological testing in two days. My question? What exactly would that testing involve? The details matter.

And changing a formula raises questions beyond performance, including who owns the revised formulation. That’s something I wanted to protect after everything we invested in creating ours.

One of our key ingredients? Glycerin. It attracts and holds moisture, helping keep skin hydrated, soft and comfortable. Every ingredient has a purpose.

I constantly see videos of people going back over the same spot with wipe after wipe. The gripping, the dragging, the stubborn mess that just won’t budge.

We wanted an effortless glide, sand lifting away instantly and skin left feeling nourished and hydrated, without needing to reach for creams afterwards. That was the goal behind our formula.

Everyday wipes have their place. But some messes need more than water alone. It’s the complete formulation that matters.

We were created to solve a problem, not replace your everyday wipes.
