Our first pair of sandals began with what we already had, a pair of denim jeans from the op shop, reimagined with purpose. This project was about truly learning the art of shoemaking from the ground up. Every step of the journey was fascinating. We set out to create a sandal that feels comfortable, grounded, organic, and effortlessly connected to the earth.

The best part about this outfit is that it was created entirely from zippers that were no longer needed. Zippers that were once destined for landfill now have a new life. Thanks to for the amazing job they do. And just wait until you see the trench coat… it takes these zipper details to another level.
