Have been working on this one for a while. So many times I've wanted to post it but wanted to hold off until it was finished also.
Mods are:
Removed kit floor pan and smooth the interior tub floor pan, wheel tubs. create a new smooth fire wall and inner guards, Radiator support.
Interior mods:
Original rear seat was notch out to go around the extended center console. Center console was extended through to the rear, head rests removed from the front seats painted in SMS
Printed additions:
pro touring chassis: had to extend it 3mm to get the wheel base, moved the gearbox mount back to fit the bigger engine and box.
Wheels: ZForce Modelworx ZForce modelworx Eric brockmeyer with machined center stubby axle.
Engine: BlackBox STL 572 engine with supercharger and gearbox.
Primed debeers 2k surfacer primer, Holden hot house,used on the engine and wheel centers
All paint is SMS: The Scale Modellers Supply
Main body - Stainless steel, white and black.
Masked for the lines then created a stencil for airbrushing the rivets, fire is clear green, white and trainer yellow.
Rims were painted with tamiya gloss black laquer and SMS chrome warm tone.
Clear coated in DNA satin clear.
