We are honest, we are mad researchers, and we deliver on our promises:

🌿 All of our products are 100% toxin-free according to the strictest criteria on the market (EWG). We've taken out the hours people spend researching individual ingredients!

🌏 Our products are sustainably packaged in reusable, compostable or easily recyclable materials that contain little to no plastic. We constantly challenge our suppliers to use better packaging!

🇦🇺 We only stock products from Australian & New Zealand-owned brands to help local families like ours create jobs

🐠 We donate $1 from every order to clean the sea, restore the land, or feed Aussies in Crisis. Track our impact via our sustainability page.

🙌 We pack and send our goodies with zero plastic; yeah, that means we even have super cool water-activated paper tape. *woot woot*

🚚 We use carbon-neutral delivery methods.

♻️ We collect hard-to-recycle items and send them off to Terracycle to be given a new life. So far, we have saved over 10,000 coffee pods from landfill!

Trace calculates the amount of carbon emitted during these activities and invests our money into projects that will offset it. Our offsets support the following projects: Restoring bushland biodiversity in Australia, Community wind farms in Taiwan, Replanting forests around the world, and Prony wind power farms in New Caledonia. Meet Tasmania’s newest gardeners... they work underwater! 🤿

Egalehawke Dive Centre near Hobart has trained its first team of divers to hand-plant giant kelp, strand by strand. 🤩

The divers are helping to regrow an underwater forest that has lost more than 95 per cent of its cover since the 1950s.

👕 From 19 July 2026, large fashion retailers across Europe are officially banned from destroying unsold clothes, accessories and shoes!

Instead, they must sell, donate or prepare items for reuse. The rule follows estimates that 4 to 9 per cent of all new clothing in Europe is being destroyed before it ever reaches a customer (yikes!)

Closer to home, Australians buy over 1.51 billion new clothing items annually, and researchers are asking whether a similar rule could help here too 🤔

The 360kWh system stores excess rooftop solar by day and shares it with the whole neighbourhood by night.

👚Every year, mountains of clothing get thrown away, and most of it never gets a second chance.

Paris studio .brick has decided to build with it instead!

Founder Clarisse Merlet shreds old clothing, mixes it with a bio-based binder and presses it into bricks that are 81 per cent upcycled textile 🧱

The result has already dressed a Levi’s concept store, created window displays and even furniture (soooo cool)!

Imagine watching over half your country’s rainforest vanish, then bringing it roaring back to life... that’s exactly what Costa Rica did! 🇨🇷

After cattle ranching and logging stripped away much of its forest by the 1980s, the country banned uncontrolled deforestation in 1996 and began paying landowners to protect their land.

Funded by a tax on fossil fuels, the scheme has paid out more than $500 million over 20 years, saving over a million hectares of forest and helping plant seven million trees 🌳

Today, close to 60% of the country is forest once again, an achievement so remarkable it earned Costa Rica a prestigious Earthshot Prize (woohoo)!

🦘Did you know an estimated 10 million animals are killed on Australian roads every year?

A new NSW trial is exploring whether artificial intelligence (AI) could help change that, using thermal cameras, AI animal detection and smart road signs to alert drivers in real time when animals are near the road 🚗

The technology is being trialled at a well-known wildlife hotspot, with the goal of reducing collisions and protecting both motorists and native animals 🐨
