Made chicken stir fry tonight with leftover chicken.πŸ’œ cooked the rice veggies and meat all at once πŸ’œ
Had a ridiculous amount left over so made a bit more sauce mixed it together and cheese on top, in the oven for 30 minutes and we have lunch for tomorrow πŸ’œπŸ’™

Always use your leftovers to create a new dish πŸ’œπŸ’œ

Some exciting things with my thermomix plans this year πŸ’œ

To try and motivate not only myself to cook outside the box but for current thermomix owners and people looking to try a thermomix, I am going to be running demos from my house once a fortnight on a Monday night at 530.

The menu will change every fortnight but we can also learn tips and tricks on the way.

I will be capping the demo at 6 people otherwise it will become too hectic, if you can’t make it to a demo we can organise a zoom call so you don’t have to leave your home πŸ’œ

I will be popping up events so please let me know if you would like to attend πŸ’œ

Fried rice for dinner 🍲 no frypan needed πŸ’œ
Boiled the rice then chopped and sautΓ©ed onion and salami in the bottom and steamed veggies and egg in the varoma dish on top at the same time πŸ’œ (egg in a ziplock back because I had no baking paper) then mixed it all together with a dash of sesame oil and soy sauce to taste πŸ’œπŸ’œ it was fabulous, quick and easy and tastes delicious πŸ˜‹

Sorry I have been out of action for the last few months πŸ’œ Christmas time in the salon is crazy and so is life πŸ˜‚
I have been holidaying with my beautiful family since Christmas πŸŽ„ but am getting organised to get back into the swing of things so I will start posting our amazing deals and fabulous food for the new year πŸ’œ
