🌿 ONE YEAR OF ENLIGHTENING RIDGE 🌿

Well, knock me over with a feather it’s been ONE year! 😂

What began as a vision to create a space for people to come, sit, connect and experience something a little different in the Ridge has been one heck of a ride!

While our vision has always been clear the reality of building and running a business has taught us that it takes a whole lot more than passion while navigating the occasional f**kery along the way has certainly tested our resolve to hold this true😂

Enlightening Ridge was built for community as well as visitors and seekers …a space where stones, stories and spirit merge…and time disappears….to wander, sit and share raw conversation or simply be with an curious heart and mind

Some love it, some don’t quite understand it and that’s okay…we’re not everyone’s cup of tea 😉

We’ve also been lovingly held by some extraordinary people who have truly seen us, walked through our doors, shared their stories, laughter and tears while supporting our vision, the animals and reminding us to why we began.

Sitting here in Petra, reflecting on this first year, I realise how much has changed and to what is yet to unfold!

Perhaps the greatest lesson is that as life changes and so do we. Our visions evolve, our priorities shift, life and circumstance change…and we learn to know what deeply matters, while we let go of what doesn’t

To everyone who has been part of our first year, thank you, truly 💚One year down, a little wiser, a little more weathered and still evolving.

I’ll wear my butterfly with pride, not just because it holds my precious opal but because it will always remind me of a beautiful evening and your incredible vision that brought us all together

Well… so much for my Facebook break! 😂 Some things are simply too beautiful not to share.

Today I held the Lightworker Jewellery pieces in my hands… the rings, pendants and charms… and I became incredibly moved and emotional

Over the years I’ve seen so many opals and so much jewellery…but today this was different.

It’s not often you get to witness the final chapter of our stone’s journey

To see opals from an opal field discovered by our family… brought to the surface by our drill after years of struggle and hard work and heartbreak… transformed into pieces like these was something I’ll never forget today!

What I loved most was the detail, the care and the love held within every piece..Nothing competes with the opal and Everything honours the stone!

For us, an opal has never been just a stone. It’s a symbol of perseverance, family and wonder… millions of years in the making before it ever reaches someone’s hands.

The Queens at the Emporium and I just stood there looking at them… and yes, there were tears

Tomorrow, for the very first time, Lightworker Jewellery will be available at the Opal Queen Emporium this week and what an absolute privilege ✨💛

I am Out Groovers!

As of 1st July…I’m stepping off all social media and taking my life and business entirely offline.

This is a full reset. For the next season it is about prioritising my time and the work that happens when I’m fully present…without the contact dings lol..and that’s where my heart is…and that’s where I need to be🤗

My work isn’t changing…it’s just moving fully back into the earth and my real world.

The Emporium remains open. The stones are still being sorted…and the rescue animals are still being cared for every single day.
