✨ A little Brittique update ✨
As we make the exciting move into our new space, there are going to be a few changes to how Brittique operates behind the scenes, with more changes to come in the New Year. 💜
Now that Brittique is running consistently and we’ve found our rhythm, I’ve realised it’s also time for me to find a better work life balance.
Fellow small business owners will understand when I say… switching off is HARD. 😅 When your business is your baby too, there is ALWAYS something you could be doing.
But as Brittique has grown, it has started to consume a lot of my time, and I need to create clearer boundaries between business and family life.
With our new workspace separate from home, I can no longer duck out and work while I have the kids with me. So moving forward, our dedicated packing, making & dispatch days will be:
📦 MONDAY • WEDNESDAY • FRIDAY
⏰ 10AM – 3PM
These hours allow me to work around daycare runs, school and family commitments while giving Brittique my full attention when I’m there. 💜
I’ll still be available Monday to Friday, but if I don’t reply straight away, I promise I’m not ignoring you! There is often a LOT happening behind the scenes.
I’m currently running two small businesses, raising my kids, managing a household and fitting everything else life throws at us somewhere in between. 😂
My hope is these dedicated work days will allow me to give Brittique my all when I’m there, while actually switching off and being present with my family when I’m not.
This is such an exciting new chapter for Brittique, and I can’t wait to share what else is coming. 🥹✨
