These are the last two I have finished before wrist surgery.๐ฅ
They are for both my brothers.๐งโ๐คโ๐ง
Our wonderful, caring, hilarious, generuous father skittle off to heaven to be with mum in June. ๐
Now let me tell you a bit about Noel Wenman, that way you will understand the baskets.
Born 1935 in Ireland๐ฎ๐ช๐ (thats why he was hilarious), loved to play golf....badly โณ๏ธ, His mother was a pastry chef for Lord Guinness and his father was the driver for the Lord. Dad drank the product by pints!!!๐บ
He read the paper every dat, would also deliver the Augusta Pelican post to the Aged facility here.. dad was extremely passionate about timber as that was his career, dealing in wood. His cufflinks are there and even his leather wallet, that he always had a firm grip on.
There are leaves on the back. He loved raking up all the leaves on his property. Autumn had us laughing, as they were back on that long driveway the following day!
Last but not least....the key .๐....we had lots of keys to his gopher, as he kept loosing them. The gopher was dads last set of wheels, drove it so fast, and even managed to roll it once...reversing.๐คฆโโ๏ธ
Memory baskets are a beautiful tribute.๐
Love you dad x
