Happy birthday Katelyn hope you have a lovely day.
Vanilla cake covered in white chocolate frosting, a chocolate purple drip, chocolate palm prongs, edible rice paper sails, vanilla macaroons, meringues, some edible 24 carat gold leaf and gold and purple sprinkles to finish it off.
This was the first time I’ve made meringues.
A very sticky job indeed.
I would like to thank “Carol’s Toppers and Party Decorations” for making the name Katelyn, the number 13 and the butterflies for the cake.

The Hot Wheels Highway 35 was made especially to the side of the cake in the photo's below. The same size topper would look great on top of cupcakes, but can be made to any size to sit on top of a cake. Cake was made by https://www.facebook.com/CreateCakeswithJan
