If your item is available you will need to pick up within 5-7 days or if postage is required payment within 48 hours. Once payment is cleared your item will be sent out the next business day. Unfortunately if payment or pick up is not made within the time specified then your item will be relisted for others to purchase.

Always Believe is happy to accept returns if the product is faulty or damaged ONLY. We always check our items to ensure they are damage free and not faulty before sending out. All damaged return postage is at the customers expense and must be returned within 5 business days. We will not accept returns for change of mind so please choose wisely if you are unsure we are happy to answer any questions.
