Three separate heating elements means it’s ready to pull a shot in under 2 minutes from cold, and it holds temperature properly through the whole shot.
Pros:
• Pressure profiling you can actually customise, not just presets.
• Reads your shot as it pulls and tells you if you need to change grind size.
• Comes with a bottomless portafilter, tamper and milk pitcher in the box, so no immediate upgrades needed.
• Switches from espresso to steam instantly, no waiting around.
Cons:
• The price (still cheaper than machines with half these features) 😅
