HAPPY HOUR EP. 6 🍇🧀✨

This is one of those combinations that looks a little bit fancy but takes approximately five minutes to throw together. Our favourite kind of entertaining. 👌🏽😁

For this one you’ll need:
🧀 Your favourite triple cream brie
🍇 Fresh blackberries
🌿 Fresh basil
🥨 Seeded crackers
🍯 A little drizzle of honey if you want to take things up a notch

Simply layer a slice of brie and a blackberry onto each cracker, scatter over some torn basil and serve.

And if you really want to make them sing? Drizzle with a little honey. TRUST ME 🍯🤌🏽

Perfect for when friends drop in, something easy to add to a grazing table, or quite frankly, anytime. No judgement here. 😂

We’re pairing these with our ETCH Davidson Plum + Strawberry Gum - the beautiful berry and plum notes work so well with the creamy brie and blackberries.

Through our long-time friendship with Sober in the Country Ltd., we’ve learned so much about the unique challenges faced by people in rural and regional Australia who are choosing to cut back or cut out alcohol.
