Halloween storytime today with local author Sarah Speedie at 11am today!

We can’t wait to have Sarah in the Bookshop today reading her latest book “Wild about Halloween”.

Come dressed in your favourite Halloween costume - if you dare! Sarah will read, sign copies of her book and colour in with the kids for a fun morning in our children’s room.

Announcing our first Book Club event at Stories by the Sea.

Join us in our beautiful bookshop for our first Book Club session. We are kicking off with an in-store discussion of Trent Dalton’s new novel Gravity Let Me Go.

Come along in the first week of December:
- 6-7pm Tuesday 2nd December

Places are limited to 25 people for our evening sessions.

Tickets are $50 and they include a copy of the book, a moderated discussion and light refreshments.

How lucky are we to have local talent like Christine Balint visiting us at Stories by the Sea. Christine is not just an incredibly lovely human, she is one humble super talent.

You’ll find Christine’s latest novella, Water Music, on our front counter.
