Swarm SE Eco Bee Management

Swarm SE Eco Bee Management Ethical bee rescue, hive management, raw honey and natural beeswax from South Australia. Based in Mount Gambier, we put bee welfare first.

Swarm SE Eco Bee Management is the bee-loving sister business of Spiderman SE. We rescue and relocate nuisance bees across Mount Gambier and the Limestone Coast, putting safety and bee welfare first. Our work is backed by proper beekeeping qualifications and a strong commitment to ethical practice. When a rescue isn’t possible, we guide people through the most responsible option. We also produce p

ure, raw South Australian honey from rescued and carefully managed hives, harvested only when there is genuine surplus. WE'RE SAVING THE WORLD, ONE BEE AT A TIME!

The hives all tucked away for winter ❄️🌨

Months of hard work have left the colonies with the honey stores they need to get through the colder weather. From here, we step back and let the bees do what they do best.

See you in spring, girls. 🐝🌼

A bit of a delayed post, but we’re so in love with our new uniforms from Emily at !

Emily worked closely with us to create a range that perfectly suits what we do. Every piece is comfortable, practical and versatile enough to keep us covered through every season. Whether they’re covered in honey after an afternoon in the kitchen or hidden beneath a bee suit, we know our Swarm SE uniforms are working just as hard as we are.

Thanks again, Emily! We couldn’t be happier with the result. 🐝

🐝 Meet the Swarm Collective
Swarm SE was built on a simple promise: if the bees can't spare it, we don't take it.

The Swarm Collective is our small, hand-picked network of South Australian beekeepers who share that belief. Every member is personally known to us, genuinely passionate about their bees, and committed to the same values: bee welfare first, honest raw honey, careful handling, and only ever harvesting when there's a true surplus.

This isn't supermarket honey. It isn't blended to taste the same every time. Each batch carries the character of the season, the flowers, the region and the person behind it.

The people behind the honey 🍯

Malcolm Agnew — Limestone Coast
Malcolm's beekeeping journey started with a single hive as a birthday gift. Seven years on, he manages around 10 hives with the same quiet, patient approach that drew him in from the start. His honey is small-batch, seasonal and shaped by the local Limestone Coast landscape, think lavender, flowering gum and strawberry clover, depending on the season.

Toni Waterhouse — Adelaide Hills
Toni's love of bees started with spotting a Blue Banded Bee in her garden back in 2017. Today she manages around 70 hives and brings a deeply thoughtful, curious approach to everything she does. She's also been a genuine mentor and friend to Sarah throughout her beekeeping journey and collaborated with us on our Go Pink raspberry creamed honey release. Toni's honey is shaped by Adelaide Hills seasons, from light spring florals with a gentle toffee character through to darker, richer summer honey.

Navneet & Harry Chauhan — South Australia
A mother-and-son team who started beekeeping as a hobby and now manage more than 200 hives across South Australia. Their approach has stayed true to its roots: care for the bees first, understand the rhythm of the hive, and only harvest when there's genuine surplus. Their hives draw from a wide range of SA floral sources, eucalyptus, mallee, orange blossom, Blue Gum and Red Gum, giving their honey real depth and regional character.

Sarah Cutting — Mount Gambier
Sarah is the driving force behind Swarm SE. A qualified Pest Management Technician, certified beekeeper and self-confessed bee nerd, she leads the bee work side of the business, from ethical honeybee relocations to processing beeswax and honey from rescued colonies.

Why it matters 💛
By working with a small number of aligned South Australian beekeepers, we can share more beautiful local honey without losing sight of what matters. The bees come first. The beekeeper is respected. The honey is handled with care. And you, the customer, can trust the story behind every jar.

That's the beauty of real honey. 🐝
