Chilli Chicken and Greens in Coconut Broth

WOW! 😍 This recipe is amazing! I just happened to stumble across it yesterday while using the ingredient search to use up a tray of chicken thigh.

I was most excited by the chilli, garlic and ginger slices being fried up on high heat and used as a topping over the finished dish…so good, see the video! 😋

Basically you just marinate the chicken quickly (go easy on the chilli powder though) then pop it into the varoma dish above the rice and stock. When that’s almost done, you add the veges to the varoma tray above the chicken, and when everything is cooked, set it aside, add coconut milk and soy sauce to the bowl of stock to make the broth and then serve it all together.

It’s absolutely flavour packed and I think it has instantly scored itself a place in my top 10 TMX recipes 🙌🏼🤩

Midweek meals don’t have to be chaos…
Seriously, this is one of the easiest, tastiest all in one dishes you can make, and it packs an absolute flavour punch 😋
