Allow me to reintroduce myself 👋✨
If you’re new around here, hi! I am Fran, I’m the founder, designer, and maker behind Noosa Collection.
Honestly, this whole journey started as a quiet little creative outlet during my postpartum time. Spending so much time at home with 2 babies made me realize how much I needed my space to feel like a sanctuary—a place that feels warm, comforting, and somewhere you truly love being.
I wanted vibrant floral touches to bring life into my home, but fresh flowers fade so quickly, and all the long-lasting options were dull, brown dried flowers. I craved bright, fresh-looking color! That’s how I fell in love with preserved flowers. I actually spent a full year experimenting with the art of preserving them myself—which was super challenging! Eventually, I realized as a business owner you have to pick your battles, so now I leave the preserving to my amazing flower suppliers so I can focus full-time on designing, creating, and running everything else.
Fast forward to today, and I’m so proud of how far we’ve come:
🌿 Made with so much love: Every piece is crafted mostly with Australian native botanicals, toxic-free scents, and wrapped up in eco-friendly packaging that you can reuse, compost, or recycle.
📜 Truly one-of-a-kind: Designed to last for years, featuring unique, original designs I spent months experimenting on that are now officially patented with IP Design Australia.
🌸 Built on your love: We’re stocked in 20+ lovely stores across Australia and New Zealand, growing 100% through word of mouth. No paid ads, just your amazing support!
🛍️ Market Saturdays: You can catch me every Saturday at the Eumundi Markets! Getting to chat with you face-to-face is honestly my absolute favourite part of the week.
✈️ Spreading around the world: It blows my mind that so many of you have packed our delicate glass lamps and lightbulbs right into your check in luggage to take to different countries. Thank you so much for taking that risk and bringing these fragile treasures across the globe!
Have we met in person at the markets yet, or did you find us online? I’d love to know! 👇
