We’ll be at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from Monday the 31st August to Thursday the 3rd September, joining the BioPak stand at HJ35.

Let’s be honest, most customers aren’t calling three different suppliers 📞

They call one!

If the answer is no, they call the next supplier and sometimes, that’s where they stay.

The tricky part is, you may never even know which product caused you to lose that customer.

That’s why regularly reviewing your range matters.

When your customers can get their straws, cutlery, palm leaf products, skewers and barware all from one supplier, there’s a lot less reason for them to shop around 🥤🍴🌴

It might sound harsh, but that’s often how the trade works 🤷🏽
