Herb infused oil
* herb put in the oven 112°c
for an hour to release the oils
*olive oil and herb in double boiler on lowest heat for an hour, do not let water boil.

Pour oil mixture into cheesecloth and squeeze all the goodness out, & you're left with a beautiful natural herb infused oil.
