This October, we’re taking on the 40K Walk for Mental Health to help raise awareness, start conversations and remind people that no one should have to struggle in silence.

Mental health is something that touches so many individuals and families, and this challenge means a lot to us personally. Every kilometre we walk represents strength, hope, healing and the courage to keep going. 🫶🏽
