CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON HAMMOND PARK SHOPPING CENTRE

We had a fantastic turnout at today’s Sod Turning Event, officially marking the beginning of construction on Hammond Park Shopping Centre in the City of Cockburn by Aigle Royal Group.

This new retail hub will support one of Perth’s fastest-growing communities and will be anchored by a full-line Woolworths, offering both in-store and online shopping.

Hoskins is leading construction, bringing strong experience in retail builds.

The centre is scheduled to open in Spring 2026.

Aigle Royal Group secures planning approval for Hammond Park Shopping Centre ✅

Expansive 6,000m² Neighbourhood Shopping Precinct to Enrich Hammond Park Community!

Aigle Royal, is pleased to announce the receipt of planning approval for Hammond Park Shopping Centre, a dynamic 6,000m² retail hub with 370 convenient car parking bays is set to redefine the community experience on Whadjuk Drive in Hammond Park, WA 6164.

The proposed development is a testament to Aigle Royal's commitment to fostering vibrant and sustainable communities. Hammond Park Shopping Centre will feature a Woolworths supermarket, diverse food and beverage tenancies, specialty retail spaces, and two standalone quick-service restaurant sites.

General Manager James Fudge said “We are delighted to receive planning approval for the Hammond Park Shopping Centre. This development represents a significant milestone in our retail portfolio, showcasing our commitment to creating spaces that not only meet the needs of the community but also contribute positively to the local economy. The architectural design of the Hammond Park Shopping Centre is a testament to Aigle Royal’s commitment to blending aesthetics with functionality. Inspired by the nearby bushland and environmental context, the tasteful design creates a unique identity, seamlessly integrating with its surroundings.

The Hammond Park Shopping Centre development will also include extensive landscaping with thoughtfully curated selection of trees and shrubs across the public areas.
