I've always been a very creative person, and loved visual arts and crafts and making things, but sewing was one thing I loved the m
ost. I always knew I wanted to have a business from a young age but was always too scared or had no idea how to start, I have self-taught myself though my journey, along with help and advice from my friends with businesses, I am learning more and more about business or commerce as I go along this journey, so I take each day as it comes. My small biz journey has been two years in the making so far, and there's been quite a bit of blood sweat and tears along the way. After graduating my Education Assistant course, I worked in the school environment for around a year, and then Covid hit, I had my children to care for, and I couldn't work as an EA as much as I wanted to. The silver lining from this time was that I was able to put my dream into fruition and start my business. My first product where scrunchies, and one thing led to another and I was designing and creating, wire headwraps, face masks (during covid) and I have now completely expanded my range into homewares, hats and bags. Sewing has been a real passion of mine for such a long time, and that is why I love my work so much, and I hope my business will continue to expand for many, many years to come, for generations to enjoy. Thank you for supporting my dream and my small business!
