Welcome to The Big Stink Co.! We are a small startup based in Perth, Western Australia, striving to lead the way in sustainability within the fishing industry. Our mission is to transform unwanted fish market waste into ready-to-use burley for fishing. With the Australian fishing industry generating 20,000 tonnes of fish processing waste annually, we are determined to make a difference.
Australia boasts, in my opinion, some of the best fishing in the world. It’s our responsibility to protect the marine ecosystem so we can continue enjoying the fish we love to catch. This is just the first step in making fishing as sustainable as possible.
