What brings sunshine to your soul?
The works explore themes of growth, connection, resilience, beauty and self-discovery, reflecting Claire's belief that the natural world can offer us moments of stillness, inspiration and perspective.
The exhibition also connects with Claire's To Be Perfectly Human project and its exploration of self-actualisation — the lifelong journey of becoming more fully ourselves.
From vibrant sunflowers reaching towards the light to expansive sunsets and peaceful landscapes, Sunshine for the Soul is an invitation to stop, breathe and notice the beauty around us.
Come and find a little sunshine for your soul. 🌻
