Week 5: The Leader and our Life Path

The Leader speaks the truth with honour and integrity even when it is difficult not to offend others or the self. The inner guidance can’t be unheard. A constant knowing of what to do and when to do it. If The Leader is heard within, the external compass of the world is set right and the direction is clear.
If we avoid the truth or bury it with excuses or noise, the outside world may be in chaos. Many philosophies and ways of being centre on equalising the internal with the external. So within, so without.
The Leader can recognise when they are not in alignment with their cause, their purpose and their soul evolution. True leadership is the mastery of the self and not the mastery of others. We cannot control how other people think or feel or act towards us. However, we can control our reaction and responses.
The Leader understands that hope and idealism sit well with realism and dreaming for a better future for humanity.

The Creative sometimes wants to build things up and sometimes they want to tear things down, pull them apart and put them back together in another way. A way that makes sense to them.
The Creative looks for the answer to the question, creatively problem solving and then debates what to do next. Or it goes full steam ahead without thinking, creating flow.
Only The Creative knows instinctively where something is heading and the final destination. Creating takes time, energy, patience, determination and the ability to not give up. It also knows when to walk away and when to come back and try again.
The Creative often can’t articulate the method, but they know when they create magic or the magic of flow.

The Creative can’t be rushed, micromanaged, project managed, outsourced or automated.
The magic is in the doing and the “doing” takes time.

The Creative needs human time to explore, adapt, learn and be. It is in the boredom and the normality of life that the spark of joy can be seen. The inspiration can come from anywhere. A sunset. A flower. A smile on someone’s face. When it is seen and acknowledged, it can no longer be contained or controlled.

It has to live outside of itself and thus the magic begins….
