If you’ve ordered from us before and waited longer than you should have, you already know we’ve had some pretty bloody slow periods.

Nothing excuses it, and we are genuinely sorry. We’re not going to pretend it didn’t happen, brush it under the rug or give you a million excuses.
But we fixed it.
Was it a mammoth task? Yep.

We’ve made some BIG changes behind the scenes, cleared the backlog, changed our processes and got things moving properly again.

We just want to clear the air and say this all together, because we have worked incredibly hard to get back on top of everything, and we aren’t going to keep going backwards.

We know there have been times when we haven’t got everything right. We’ve acknowledged that, we’ve apologised, we’ve taken responsibility and, most importantly, we’ve done the work to fix it.

So here is exactly where we stand today:

There is NO ONE waiting on an outstanding order. Not a single person. Feel free to prove me wrong.

As of right now, there are 6 orders in our entire queue. Five of those were placed after 4pm today, and one is waiting on an excess shipping charge to be paid.

That is it. Every other order has been dispatched. 📦

We are now sending all new orders the same day or next working day. There’s been orders dispatched in less than an hour from them being placed.

We’ve also completely updated our stock. Everything showing as available on our website is physically here in store. Trust me, we fu***ng counted it.

😂 Every box, every shelf, every product. If it’s available online, we have it.

Regarding Vanessa, there was an issue with her order that we genuinely weren’t aware of. Once it was brought to our attention, it was dealt with. That’s not an excuse. Mistakes can happen, and when they do, we will own them and fix them.

But we are asking people to please stop dogpiling based on issues that have already been addressed. We own our shortcomings, and I’m not making excuses. This is dealt with, done and we are moving forward.

If you ARE, for some reason, still waiting on an order, MESSAGE ME. Seriously. Give me your order number and let me look into it, because according to everything in front of us, there is nothing outstanding.

We’ve listened. We’ve taken responsibility. We’ve changed things. We’ve updated our systems. We’ve physically counted our stock. We’ve cleared every outstanding order. And we’re finally IN FRONT.

For those who have supported us through all of this, thank you. 💗

And for those who hate me, you can keep hating me. That’s okay too. But you can’t say we haven’t done everything possible to turn this around. Also, why are you here?

Let’s address the elephant in the room 🐘
Yes, this is our new official business page.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances completely outside of our control, we lost access to our original page.

After years of building our community there, it’s been incredibly disheartening to start over from scratch… but we’re doing exactly that: getting back up after being knocked down.

We are still here.
We are still operating.
We are still working hard behind the scenes every single day.

Over the past six, we’ve received some really hurtful comments, messages, and reviews from people assuming we’ve gone out of business or that this page is fake, a scam, or AI-generated.
We want to reassure everyone that none of that is true.

This page is legitimately us, the same business, the same people, just rebuilding after a setback we never expected.

Right now, every like, comment, share, follow, and bit of engagement genuinely helps us more than you probably realise. Small acts of kindness and support make a huge difference to small businesses trying to recover and rebuild.

Please remember: being kind is free. Assumptions and negativity can be incredibly damaging, especially when someone is already trying their best to get back on their feet.
