WILLUNGA 100 GRENACHE • The Willunga 100 team is solely focussed on pedigreed McLaren Vale Grenache vineyards, and the wines that are their progeny. Its vineyards (old-vine) are nestled in the higher, cooler sub-regions of Blewitt Springs and Clarendon. And there seems a very obvious attempt to shorten the path between vineyard and glass via very careful viticulture and hands-off winemaking.

David Irvine from Willunga 100 will guide us through a Grenache tasting at Craft Coorparoo this Saturday from 1pm. Get ready for some thrilling interpretations of Australia’s wunderkind variety. All welcome!

PATRICK SULLIVAN TASTING • Pat’s single-vineyard Chardonnay releases from the volcanic soils of the Baw Baw Shire in Gippsland have become some of the most exciting, pure and sought-after expressions in the country — taught and powerful with careful oak treatment and little to no sulphur added. His 2025 releases have just landed, and we’re excited to be showing them off today.

Alongside his Gippsland releases, we’ll also be tasting his Woori Yallock Chardonnay from the Upper Yarra Valley, alongside his exceptionally well-priced Flint Chardonnay from Mount Gambier.

Join us around the table at Craft Coorparoo today from 1 - 3pm. If you’re a Chardonnay fan, this is a tasting not to be missed! 💥

HENTLEY FARM CLOS OTTO • For lovers of impeccably-good Barossan wines, Hentley Farm has become one the most iconic names in an already star-studded region. And its flagship Shiraz, Clos Otto  (a wine with a terrific back-story) creates its own gravity.

The 2023 Clos Otto is due for release this week, and we are absolutely thrilled to be hosting Hentley Farm’s Nicholas Goss at Coorparoo this Wednesday for a pre launch tasting of the Clos Otto alongside the rest of the Luxury Range. Dont miss it!
